Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your bag. If it isn’t right, you may return unused items with original tags and packaging within 7 days of delivery.

To start a return, write to us on WhatsApp (+91 98765 43210) or email hello@ibaxo.in with your order reference and a photograph of the bag. We’ll share a pickup or drop-off instruction.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the bag reaching our studio in sellable condition. COD orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer.

Personalised pieces, sale items marked as final, and bags showing wear cannot be returned.
